about

Lay of the Land is back with a special one-off Halloween single and it is sure to surprise and delight you. Gone are the guitars and professional recording studios of the previous EP, instead "Dying Moon" brings a rawer home recorded approach and grooves along with creepy church organ and a relentless krautrock beat.

The B-Side "Attic Haunts" is downright terrifying as it builds slowly over minimalist textures and otherworldly percussion and is easily the band's most experimental song to date.

Lay of The Land will be releasing their second EP in early 2013.
